Director, People Strategy

As a Director, of People Strategy, you will actively and proactively collaborate within your team and across the business to conceive, create, implement, and execute programs and solutions in support of the growth and advancement of our people and our business.
Your role will focus on supporting the Strategy and Management Consulting team with measurable programs that drive engagement and learning, adding value to the individuals, the team, and ultimately our delivery to our clients and their customers.
Your Partnering with the global Strategy leadership team to help create and deliver the overall People strategy that supports our transformation.
Collaborating with People team members to develop and implement policies and procedures surrounding People processes that represent innovative, best practices for the company.
Developing the strategic talent plan in alignment with business growth plans while helping grow and develop our talent to meet future needs.
Partnering with leaders and the People Strategy team to ensure we are supporting and coaching our People Managers to engage their teams, drive retention and focus on teams' happiness.
Partnering with the Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) and Talent teams to implement talent review, succession planning, and bespoke L&OD solutions.
Train and counsel management in People processes such as promotions, compensation management, growth conversations, talent reviews, etc.
Support employees with issues and queries regarding people policies, procedures, and programs.
Recommended Skills Leadership Management And Business Consulting Organization Development Payroll Management Sales Promotion Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
