Job DescriptionManages employee transactions and employee files data within the human resources function.
Recognizes deficiencies and develops efficient processes and work flows to correct issues.
Experience1 year of experience managing an end-to-end business processPreferred Qualifications 2 years of experience managing electronic employee data and records Associates degree or higher Infor/Lawson EducationHigh school diploma or equivalentCertification SummaryNo professional certifications requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated skill in human resources software applications and Microsoft Office Demonstrated analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving abilities Must be organized and detail-oriented Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and work effectively within a team Strong customer focus Job Responsibilities Enters employee transactions into the HRIS system, including employee transaction forms, hierarchy changes, license/certification updates, and terminations.
Completes employee transactions through Manager Self-Service, including investigation of errors and addressing user questions.
Runs and reviews audit reports such as hierarchy reports, HRIS/talent management system integration reports, and new hire audits for processed transactions to ensure data integrity.
Investigates and resolves simple and moderately complex issues and refers highly complex issues to Human Resources Applications Analyst for further investigation.
Supports the department with periodic or annual initiatives such as system testing, merit cycle, Joint Commission reviews, and special projects.
Recognizes process deficiencies and recommends changes to correct issues.
Provides backup support to Human Resources Records.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
