Your JobGeorgia-Pacific's corporate communications and marketing, public and government affairs, and stewardship capability is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team.
This role provides administrative support and project management skills to the capability's leadership team, led by Sheila Weidman, and other team members in a variety of functions.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, personable and professional with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of colleagues, customers and clients.
Our team is located at Georgia-Pacific headquarters in downtown Atlanta, and has a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote work days.
Role:
Executive Assistant Administrative support for Corporate Communications and Marketing, Government/Public Affairs and Stewardship Manage SVP travel, meeting schedule and expense reports Assist or lead communications events at GP Center Handle administrative duties including procurement card for department, department and direct report meetings, and file management Business Super User for Trade Association / Fluxx payments Attend training and support Site Users as needed Responsible for maintaining floor needs, securing technical and AV assistance, managing visitor security registration and parking validations and payments to the garage, as well as BlueSky/LIFT Team liaison for floor requirements and logistics Support engagement with outside organizations / nonprofits Cooperate with other Executive Assistants on interoffice meetings and events Role:
Company Store Manager Manage GP's myCompanyStore Work with vendor to provide relevant and up-to-date options on website Inventory control Customer satisfaction Market options to employees across GP Role:
Digital Signage Manager / Graphics / Content Contributor Create and maintain content for the digital signage at GP Center and possible use at mills Work with IT on Reach platform updates, layout, software issues, etc.
Create graphic content in-house for Yammer, aroundGP and digital signa ge Role:
Event Assistant / Coordinator Assist meeting and events team as needed, including onsite contact for offsite business meetings, as well as research and coordination of meetings and dinners Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 5 years of professional office experience providing support to multiple teams and leaders Experience working with and maintaining confidential information Experience working in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple items Experience in project management (for events, meetings and initiatives) Experience supporting multiple calendars, travel and expense reports Experience learning new technology) Experience with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Teams, Power Point (creating and updating decks) and Excel (creating/updating/organizing spreadsheets/reports) At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
