Summary:
1.
Supports Project Management Team (PMT) in implementation of the Design-Build Project Contract Agreement and Specifications 2.
Develops Basis of Design and Construction guidance for Design-Build Teams.
3.
Train, coach, and mentor Project Management Teams for various Design-Build projects.
4.
Performs internal team and external compliance audits, including processes and product.
5.
Administers Project Lessons Learned.
6.
Provides high level initiative and proactiveness in mitigating risks and recognizing resolutions.
7.
Performs Project Management Team training.
8.
Review and comprehend complex contract documents, related to design, construction, and project management.
9.
Reviews Technical design and construction specification books.
10.
Provides contract interpretation, analysis, and communication training to various Project Management Teams.
11.
Responsible for the planning and distribution of discipline-specific work, and adherence the to the schedule and budget on projects.
12.
Oversees completeness and accuracy of project team's work within the technical discipline.
Guides and mentors' team to overall project objectives.
13.
Coordinates technical aspects of project with client counterpart and teaming partners at staff level for work within the discipline.
14.
Works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
