Job DescriptionInstalls, monitors, maintains, and secures information technology systems and software in a cloud and on-premises environment.
Serves as advanced level subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to IT staff and end-users to resolve problems.

Summary/Objective Installs, monitors, maintains, and secures information technology systems and software in a cloud and on-premises environment.
Serves as advanced level subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to IT staff and end-users to resolve problems.

Extensive knowledge and experience with design, build, and administration of Windows Server 2008-2019, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Group Policy 2.
Advanced administration experience in Azure (Azure AD, Networking, Virtual Machines and Desktops, etc.
) 3.
Advanced administration experience with O365 4.
Experience using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) 5.
Extensive knowledge of VMware (vSphere and vCenter) 6.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate processes 7.
Experience with administration of Storage arrays and backup of servers 8.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 9.
Experience with SCCM, WSUS, Windows 10 10.
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking 11.
Monitors systems to identify security vulnerabilities and remediates issue 12.
Identifies and recommend updates to the current network, computer systems, and systems architecture 13.
Ability to quickly learn systems and software used by the organization 14.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 15.
Prepares documentation and procedures 16.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 17.
