Sr. Lead Business Analyst
Overview As a Senior Lead Business Analyst, you will join a team responsible for supporting technology for Chick-fil-As Corporate Workforce.
As our business grows in sales and complexity, new processes and systems to support those processes are required to scale and thrive.
In this role, you will serve as a liaison between DTT and two departments, Organizational Planning and Talent Planning, providing technical and functional solutions to support Chick-fil-As growth.

Responsibilities
Serves as a trusted technology advisor to the Organizational Planning and Talent Planning Departments.
Builds strong relationships with business areas and across DTT.
Partners with the business to lead vendor selection processes for new solution and lead technical implementation.
Serves as SME for Organizational Work Management Tool making strategic decisions for the product
Serves as expert in Organizational Planning and Talent Planning data in multiple systems and maps it to create new reporting capabilities.
Understands broader planning impacts across the business and ensures necessary stakeholders are included in discussions.
Plans and directs projects providing both technical and functional solutions to help the Organizational Planning and Talent Planning Department achieve strategic goals and objectives.
Manages vendors and negotiates contracts.
Understands and supports existing solutions and integrations.
Defines and oversees development of new integrations.
Understands Organizational Planning strategic direction and technology capabilities and recommends process changes to standardize functionality and reduce manual work.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficient in writing SQL queries against databases
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work collaboratively
Strong facilitation and influencing skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail
Experience with Agile methodology
Organized and comfortable with managing project details Preferred Qualifications
Experience with organizational planning, strategy execution management tools
Experience leading vendor selection and SaaS implementations
Experience with AWS
