Quality Assurance Specialist (Hybrid)

The Quality Assurance Specialist works within the auto product area and is responsible for the execution & deployment of the division s quality program and plan.
Works with all division departments to increase employee awareness of quality assurance approaches and methodologies.
Collaborates with division partners to deliver the comprehensive business monitoring program.
This includes the establishment and execution of quality measures & business process improvements.
Leads and/or participates in division efforts focused on business results improvement and enhanced customer experience.
Compensation Minimum:
$68,200/ year Compensation Maximum:
$109,200/ year Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
Primary AccountabilitiesBusiness Performance Evaluation & Analysis (40%)Collaborates with division business partners to establish and execute a comprehensive audit and file review program for the division.
Conducts line of business audits; to include trend identification, analysis, summaries of results and recommendations.
Partners with division departments to develop, initiate & monitor appropriate remedial action plans.
Performs risk assessment to identify potential negative customer impacts.
Identifies, assesses & evaluates business trends which may have negative impacts on results.
Communicates with other departments to raise awareness.
Utilizes metrics and audit findings to proactively identify training needs within division departments.
Quality Assurance (30%)Works with division departments to identify, implement & monitor quality assurance activities to ensure division processes conform to quality standards.
Establishes preventative & corrective actions as needed.
Communicates corrective actions to appropriate departments and/or the field.
May perform corrective actions as a result of re-underwriting analysis.
Collaborates with other department resources to determine quality assurance goals, improvement strategies, initiatives, and performance metrics.
Manages development of expert recommendations and solutions for the division to improve processes, procedures, compliance and controls.
Works with division departments to utilize quality assurance approaches to evaluate & improve risk analysis and selection, appropriate selection of coverage and pricing.
Provides leadership in the division regarding quality assurance & improvement methodologies & concepts.
Monitors adherence to internal control requirements for the Commercial-Farm/Ranch Auto division.
Reports findings to unit leadership and quality assurance administrators.
Business Process Improvement (30%)Provides support to the divisional management team and process owners to identify, prioritize, plan and implement process improvement opportunities for cross-functional processes.
Plans, leads and conducts audits for the division of business processes impacting divisional goals/resultsWorks with division business partners to support, improve & monitor processes to ensure enhanced customer satisfaction.
Leads and/or participates in projects focused on process improvement efforts to positively impact productivity, quality assurance, work product cycle time and customer satisfaction.
Deploys process improvement methodologies in partnership with business process owners.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills RequirementsDemonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or serviceDemonstrated experience in Commercial or Farm/Ranch underwriting.
Strong knowledge of business process & procedure documentation and management.
Travel RequirementsThis position requires travel up to 10% of the time.
This position is a hybrid role that involves working a minimum of 10 days per month in the office.
