Overview:
The Marketing Consulting (MC) Effectiveness lead plays a critical role in equipping the MC team for sustained high-performance and the continued elevation of the level of service MCs provide to Operators.
The MC Practices purpose is to help Operators realize their sales and brand growth goals.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the MC practice is effective by supporting the programmatic needs of the MC team.
Their efforts focus on optimizing the resources, technologies, data and processes that support the Marketing Consulting practice.
The MC Effectiveness Lead works collaboratively within and across teams to develop, implement and manage scaled solutions that increase the effectiveness of and remove barriers for the Marketing Consulting practice at Chick-fil-A, Inc.
The ideal person for this role is someone who gets energy from efforts that ensure our team is more effective as a collective Marketing Consulting practice.
They are both process and outcome driven and have the ability to execute once direction is clear and with the proper resources in place.
They are inquisitive by nature and look to improve things within their purview and areas of ownership.

Responsibilities:
Success in this role will be determined by performance in the following areas of responsibility.
Marketing Consulting Content:
Maintains and updates marketing consulting content Gathers best practices and case studies to share across the team Partners with MCLT to ensure content is designed for effective application and results by MCs Manages marketing content updates to internal platforms (i.
e.
- The Studio, @CFA) When necessary, shadows Marketing Consultants to ensure appropriate level of understanding of the nature and needs of the MC role Marketing Consulting Analytics:
Partners with Customer & Market Insights (CMI) Team to develop reports, dashboards and other resources that track the effectiveness of teams marketing consulting efforts (leading and lagging indicators) Develops and manages trackers, tools, and dashboards to help with execution tracking.
Provides regular updates to MCLT on key metrics Serves as MC liaison to CMI (Consumer & Marketing Insights) Team Processes & Protocols:
Creates and manages processes and protocols that fuel the effectiveness of the collective MC team (ex:
how often and through what platform best practices/case studies are shared) Team Communications:
Manages internal team Comms (i.
e.
, MC team digest, Teams) Manages external Comms (i.
e.
, MAP brief, Marketing newsletter) Ensures digital team spaces are well-organized Aides in the facilitation of team meetings by capturing notes and action items Field-facing Event Coordination:
Partners with MC team in the design and execution of SYNC annually and Spark Curates and designs content for Monthly Marketing Calls Coordinates with key stakeholders and vendors re:

Serves as a logistical liaison between the MC team and other departments on pre-determined projects or initiatives that improve or remove barriers for the Marketing Consulting practice Serves on the Marketing Consulting Leadership Team as a thought partner and collaborator re:

Qualifications:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams Project management:
