EXECUTIVE MARKETING ASSISTANT (ONSITE ROSWELL, GA - IMMEDIATE HIRE)Job Description Position Objective:
Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach that includes drafting/composing letters and emails, creating PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and various tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively manage new business.
Primary Duties:
Provide high level marketing support, including tracking business leads in Salesforce and keeping the Company CEO well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, as they relate to potential business opportunities.
Serve as the Company's Salesforce administrator.
Work in conjunction with Company's outside marketing consultants to develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives.
Create and distribute Company weekly newsletter in HubSpot Research RFP opportunities and develop proposals in response to various bid solicitations and other requests for information.
Responsibilities:
Complete projects and special assignments in a timely manner by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, problem solving and adjusting plans.
Support new business development by creating PowerPoint sales presentations.
Write or assist in writing and distributing sales letters and/or emails for new business opportunities.
Perform Salesforce administration to include:
1) managing user access 2) maintaining and updating leads 3) monitoring opportunities 4) creating and updating CEO's ongoing opportunities and contacts.
In conjunction with Company's outside marketing consultant group, provide marketing coordination that includes, but is not limited to, conducting industry research; website administration; writing and distributing company weekly newsletter; blogs and e-blasts; maintaining promotional materials inventory, administration of client contact lists; and managing social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) including daily activity and content.
Regularly monitor Google AdWords' PPC campaigns.
Coordinate networking events and tradeshow registrations with Operations.
Manage industry award entries.
Maintain supplier diversity registrations.
Work with outside PR/marketing firm writing many of the above marketing efforts; however manage the processes internally, set timelines, and collaborate with internal team to help company improve upon existing marketing and PR efforts.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing required.
Prior experience working with executive level management desired.

This is not an executive assistant or sales position.
Candidates MUST have advanced experience in Salesforce in order to be the administrator for the program.
We will not train.
Work Schedule:
8:
30 am to 5:
30 pm with one-hour for lunch.
Overtime is expected if necessary to meet crucial deadlines.
Salary Range:
$60K to $65K Incentives:
After six (6) months of continuous employment, an Incentive bonus plan will be created for mined RFPs that are successful in new business development.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
