Job Description This position is responsible for ensuring proper training and supervision of all personnel.
The Director of Outlets is to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures.
This position will oversee New South Kitchen, VUES, Centennial Grounds, and Restaurant in Room.
Responsibilities o Responsible for assigned shift, assisting in overall management.
o Supervise and coordinate assigned shift.
o Assist in overall supervision of the department as outlined in manager's job description.
o Complete environmental checklist for dining room.
o Spot check liquor pars.
o Order daily supplies.
o Hold pre-meal meetings.
o Follow up on established training steps.
o Handle guest comments and complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
o Stay on the floor during peak hours.
o Communicate with guests and receive feedback.
o Observe, teach and correct staff's service.
o Monitor each guest experience.
o Examine food preparation and beverage presentation.
o Maintain condition of dining room, lobby lounge, Centennial Grounds, mini bar and room service.
o Assist manager in; scheduling, completing weekly payroll, and forecasting both weekly and monthly.
o Participate in interviewing new employees as needed.
o Prepare maintenance request and follow-up.
o Monitor food and liquor requisitions and food waste.
o Check bar controls, shot glass use, red lining, and bottles totally empty daily.
o Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws.
o Must know emergency procedures and work to prevent accidents.
Qualifications o 4 years of experience in Food and Beverage Supervision or Management role preferred.
o Must have the ability to manage deadlines.
o Understanding of Food and Beverage financials including cost and par controls is preferred.
o General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
o Must have a strong attention to detail as well as strong customer service skills.
o Must be Manager ServSafe Certified and TIPS certified.
