Manager, PI Data Enablement

Position Purpose:
The Manager, PI Data Enablement will lead assessments of key data management activities to support maturity efforts.
The team works with cross-functional partners including business, technical, and product stakeholders, to understand and document the current state of data management practices while identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
The objectives of the PI Data Enablement team shift with the needs of the business but are ultimately focused on improving data management practices through end-to-end, cross-functional assessments spanning business, product, and technology to increase current state understanding and promote continuous improvement.
Our goal is to help The Home Depot realize the most value from its data assets through effective, thoughtful, and compliant data management practices.
Key
Responsibilities:
15% Analysis - Analyze data and conduct stakeholder assessments; Identify trends to improve understanding; Develop insights that can be used to supplement findings and develop narratives 15% Coaching & Mentoring - Lead and develop team members 25% Delivery - Communicate insights to relevant audiences in an easily consumable way; Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to influence progress in the most impactful areas; Share insights broadly with peers and partners so that others can gain value 15% Execution - Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders and partners; Collect data according to assessment plans; Ensure quality of data collection using best practices 30% Plans and Aligns - Work with partners to identify problem and scope; Consider the larger strategic outcomes beyond the direct problem; Guide the creation of or create plans that appropriately fill gaps in knowledge by identifying the right participants Direct Manager/Direct Reports:

Director of Customer Insights & Analytics This position has 0 Direct Reports Travel Requirements:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
Located in a comfortable indoor area.
Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Advanced degree (such as a Masters or MBA) a plus Experience in consulting, UX, process improvement, and/or maturity assessment a plus Experience in data management and/or data governance Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management with both business and IT partners Experience with data analysis and insight development Desire to thrive in a fast-moving environment Demonstrated ability to initiate and self- manage complex projects Experience leading complex studies with mixed methods Minimum Education:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
