Architectural Project Manager

Selectek has an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Project Manager position in Atlanta, GA.
In this role, you will participate in the design, production, and construction phases of projects from inception through completion and be responsible for the project's successful execution for a firm specializing in urban living design and development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the project teams, Ownership, stakeholder groups, local authorities, etc.
Manage multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination and communication Work with client and other stakeholders to identify objectives and formulate options Establish key work priorities for design, production, scheduling, and budgeting Manage, review, and contribute to the design of the project, the production of construction documents and the construction of the project Coordinate and review project documentation and specifications Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical technical solutions Interface with consultants, Ownership, and the General Contractor to assure quality control of the documents and in the field Ensure designs meet codes, standards, regulations, and best practices Provide leadership, motivation and development of the project team members and other design consultants Provide superior service, quality work and timely production within established deadlines Contribute to marketing campaigns and assists in the development of marketing proposals, RFQ's, RFP's and participating in interview teams Requirements:

years of professional experience with large scale mixed use, hospitality, multifamily residential, office and other commercial projects 4
years of Project Manager experience Professional degree in Architecture Registered Architect or in process of obtaining registration Proficient with design, presentation, and production software in a variety of applications such as Revit, Rhino, In-Design, Photoshop, Bluebeam, BIM 360, etc.
Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in a team environment with integrity, trust, and commitment, setting an example for others LEED accredited preferred Shift Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:
30am - 5:
30pm Pay and Wages:
$90,000 - $120,000 annual salary depending oneducation and experience
