Overview The Organizational Strategy and Planning team leads the development of long-term organizational strategy and guides the organization through a strategy-led annual planning process to ensure the health of the business and organizational alignment.
This team partners with senior leaders across the business to align initiatives to organizational strategy to deliver meaningful outcomes for Customers, Restaurants, and the business.
An internship on this team will provide a dynamic, fast-paced experience with high-visibility and opportunity for strategic problem-solving, communication and industry research and benchmarking.
This role will be responsible for developing compelling presentations for strategy & planning meetings with senior leaders, collaborating with the team to design key communications elements and infusing insights and external learnings into strategy & planning milestones.

Responsibilities Support the overall strategy and planning process across key milestones with senior leaders Collaborate on communication deliverables to engage and inform the organization throughout the strategy and planning process.
Lead development of materials and agendas for planning work sessions and key decision-making milestones.
Enhance and prepare to implement change management plan for organization-wide 3-year strategy roll-out with Staff and Operators in the Fall.
Develop Chick-fil-A strategy quick reference guide to align the business on key elements of the organizational strategy taking effect in 2025.
Partner with insights leaders to immerse in industry research and elevate key trends to inform strategy & planning decisions.
Lead benchmarking of organizations on effective plan communications to staff and key partners (including franchisees).
Minimum Qualifications 3.
0 GPA or higher Rising junior or senior with a degree focused in General Business, Finance or a similar discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Research and analytic skills Strategy-first mindset and approach Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities and learning agility Growth mindset and self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Travel Requirements 10% Major/Concentration General Business, Finance or similar discipline.
