Responsibilities Include:
Manage the daily culinary operations, working closely with the general manager to ensure smoothfunctioning Oversee the food safety standards and ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with HACCP Lead the charge with seasonal menu development Lead, manage, guide, inspire, and develop a strong culinary team
Qualifications:
