Assist with the management of the day-to-day culinary activities to ensure operational excellence Develop and prepare seasonal menus Ensure food is prepared and served efficiently in accordance with food health and safety regulations and restaurant standards Provide support and guidance to team members Promote a healthy and positive work environment and team culture Key Requirements:
You will be a natural multi tasker and have worked in a similar operation before You can work well under pressure; this is a large contract so there will be no time to rest!
