Compliance Auditor (Pick and Pack)

Newrest is hiring Compliance Officers.
This individual is responsible for monitoring Pick and Pack performance while on the unit; ensuring that they are meeting expectations for all aspects of the job expectations associated with KDT, break/lunch schedules, compliance, and all other pick and pack related functions.
This team member coaches team members towards meeting expectations and tracks/reports violations for corrective action.
This position is part of the Pick and Pack department, reporting to the Pick and Pack Manager.
Essential Functions:
Monitors activity on the inbound and pick and pack to ensure that team members are performing functions according to expectations and associated SOP(s).
Performs Pick and pack Compliance audits for performance measurement.
Coordinates with management in a timely manner.
Sweeps facility to ensure that Pick and Pack and Inbound are not off task outside of break or lunch schedule.
Tracks performance compliance issues and communicates to Pick and Pack leadership for corrective actions.
Provides support to on pick and pack functions as requested by Management.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
