Job Description:
Duties include moving, installing, replacing and testing computer equipment, performing software installations and updates, training users, conducting preventative maintenance, preparing reports and conducting audits.
Additional duties may include performing routine trouble-shooting and problem resolution and providing routine support for customers using software and systems.
Additional Details:
Technical position provides IT support services to corporate office business groups.
The position requires one to perform break-fix maintenance of office equipment such as:
laptop and desktop computers, servers, printers, networking equipment, and smartphones.
Candidate is expected to have in-depth IT hardware and software troubleshooting skills which enables efficient restoration of technical services.
The candidate should have advanced knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems, MSOffice 2016, O365, and a basic understanding of IP networking.
He/she will perform basic installations and configurations of hardware and software and replace defective equipment so that corporate office business groups may meet departmental requirements.
Management Skills:
He/ She must be able to effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize service requests so that service level agreements are met, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
The position requires good oral and written communication skills as he/she will interact with employees at all levels including executive management.
The candidate must be detailed oriented and complete work with thoroughness giving attention to specific details.
