Quality Assurance Test Lead

Your JobGeorgia-Pacific LLC is looking for a Quality Assurance Test Lead to join our team at our Atlanta, GA headquarters.
The QA Test Lead will Work on Project Excellence team along with the Product Manager, Product Owners and IT team that are executed in Packaging, Cellulose and Building Products Information Technology.
QA Test Lead will be responsible to oversee all aspect of quality assurance including establish metrics, applying industry best practices, enhancing the processes to ensure that the quality goals are met.
You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the testing activities of our product teams.
Working closely with all the product/project stakeholders and 3rd party vendor partner testing teams (both onshore and offshore) to ensure that our software meets the highest quality standard.
Will be the key point of Contact for all QA related activities.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases as and when required.
Ability to work with the automation team to ensure all the testing related activities are carried out as per the organization standards defined.
What You Will Do As a part of the Agile team, you will be the point person to discuss the changes with the product team and provide recommendations QA lead should be able to manage a team of testers and collaborate with other team members like developers, product owners and project managers and meet quality requirements Automation Experience is a must, as we would like you to understand the framework and be the bridge between Automation team to Project team QA lead should have experience in defining test strategies that align with the agile development methodology Manage and co-ordinate all testing activities Review the testing artifacts and provide feedback Provide recommendations for selecting the testing tools to fit the organization needs Ability to apply the estimating techniques and provide estimates with respect to resource, cost and effort based on the scope QA lead should have continuous improvement mindset to constantly evaluate and improve the QA process and ensure that the software products meet the high standard quality requirements QA lead should be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including developers, product owners and product managers Define the collection of information, artifacts, plans, test cycles and processes that will be used in the Test Execution process to verify the project achieves the intended objectives Update the Test Plan for each Sprint Should lead the Lead Defect Management process Should have experience in identifying and tracking defects in software products Oversee the creation and audit the quality of test scripts that map back to business requirements Management and tracking of test case coverage to business requirements using the Requirements Traceability Matrix Report out on status for all the above based upon the requirement of the specific project or program Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 6
years of software QA experience developing and implementing testing strategies Automation experience to develop framework and work very closely with Automation team Experience writing test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and doing risk analysis prior to product releases Experience managing 3rd party testing resources both on and offshore Experience with ADO for Test Management Bachelor's Degree or higher What Will Put You Ahead Proven experience with Agile software development methodology, particularly Scrum and Kanban Proven experience with systems modernization and automation that resulted in value creation and streamlining of processes SAP H4 Hana experience At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
