Who We Need:
Brightwell is searching for a Product Manager to join our crew.
As our ideal Product Manager, you will provide thoughtful insight into the creation and growth of a new FinTech product.
Bringing a diverse skill set, including both the strategic and visionary skills necessary to define product needs along with hands-on tactical abilities, you will help bridge the gap between various functional areas within the company.
As a Product Manager, you will execute on the vision, ensuring the product is of the highest caliber and will continue to push the boundaries of what technology can do to make a difference in the world of our customers.

What You'll Do Manage a new B2B remittance product from ideation through development to launch, growth and maintenance.
Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences.
Partner with Director of Product to develop a multi-year vision for the product.
Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing; utilize both qualitative customer insights, and quantitative customer data to inform decisions.
Develop and own metrics to monitor and quantify the impact of the new product that you launch.
Use site metrics, stakeholder interviews, and industry trends to identify product enhancements and opportunities.
Align with engineering to understand technical implementation complexities and challenges of enabling unregulated entities through APIs, SDKs, and process automation.
Actively participate in the agile product development process.
Build and own the backlog the dev team works and delivers from.
Write and communicate release notes across all required channels and to all appropriate parties.
Take on additional tasks and projects, as assigned.
As Product Manager, you have:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field.

years' experience in product management, product marketing or general management.
3
years' experience as a product manager for a B2B product.
3
years' experience working in the payments and/or fintech industry Experience working with offshore teams.
Demonstrated ability to frame complex analytical problems, pull data, and extract insights that led to tangible business results.
Worked with one or more large enterprise-level organizations to build a highly scalable product from the ground up.
High technical aptitude with the ability to understand system architecture and meaningfully contribute to building a robust tech stack (ability to understand the tech stack conceptually; its strengths and limitations).
Experience working with lean and MVP methodology.
The ability to easily engage in both business-focused and technology focused conversations.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
