Software Developer - API
Job Description:
US Bank is looking for a Software Developer - API II.
Prefers hybrid based in Minneapolis, Irving or Atlanta.
Open to remote also- East Coast ONLY!oCandidate Will work on Bento MVP project which involves development of UI and API features to support spend management features for new Altitude Power card.
oWhat are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete daily) Contribute to day to design and development activities for features needed for project.
Needs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Collaborate with other teams on which our team is dependent on to provide requirements, contribute to code and testing effort.
Develop automation tests for features been developed.
Participate in all sprint activities including planning, scrum calls, refinement, code and design reviews and demos.
oWhat skills/technologies are required (please include the number of years of experience required)? 3 to 5 years of experience in one or more of following.
Plus points if experience in two or more areas (Front end development, backend api development, test automation and Android mobile development) - Front end development (React, Javascript, microapps, HTML, CSS, web development, UI automation tools such as Test Caf , exposure to cloud environments, software packaging and static analysis tools) AND/OR backend API development (Java, Graph QL, No SQL and relational databases (preferably Cassandra and Mongo, software packaging and static analysis tools), Jenkins, REST Assure, web applications exposure to cloud environments) AND/OR automation testing (UI and automation test tools preferably Test Caf , Rest Assure and other Java automation tools) AND/OR mobile application development (using Android)oWhat skills/attributes are preferred (these are a desired, not required)? Ability to work with minimal supervision, product high level quality work within timelines, ability to own and lead development of features and ability to troubleshoot issues.
