DescriptionOur rapidly-growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You'll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry.
We'll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team.

Accurate data entry and organization are crucial in this roleoIntake Specialists will be held to quality standards established by the organization.
All forms of client communication will be evaluated and scored.
Intake Specialists will be eligible for quarterly incentive bonuses based on individual and team performanceoScreen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understoodoHelp foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing teamQualificationsoBackground in the legal industry preferredoHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferredoFirm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skillsoCustomer service or sales experience a plusoPrevious experience with CRM and case management software desiredoPossesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy Recommended Skills Communication Customer Communications Management Customer Relationship Management Customer Service Data Entry Data Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
