OLM Food Solutions is currently searching for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team! The Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies for OLM's products.
They will understand the market, identify customer needs, and create compelling messaging and positioning to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
The primary focus of the Product Marketing Manager will be to launch new products, manage their lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure their success in the market.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities.
Use this information to shape product strategies and positioning.
Product Positioning and Messaging:
Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning for our products that differentiate them from competitors and resonate with target consumers.
Product Launch:
Plan and execute successful product launches, including creating launch plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams (product management, sales, and marketing), and developing marketing collateral and sales tools Sales Enablement:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary product knowledge, training materials, and sales tools to effectively sell the product and achieve revenue targets Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand for the product, leveraging a mix of channels such as digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, events, and social media Customer Insights:
Gather customer feedback, conduct surveys, and analyze market data to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
Use these insights to refine product messaging and drive product improvements Competitive Analysis:
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify threats and opportunities.
Adjust marketing strategies and tactics accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Work closely with product management teams to manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and development to end-of-life decisions.
Make recommendations for product enhancements, updates, or retirements based on market feedback and performance analysis.
Measurement and Reporting:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing initiatives and regularly report on performance metrics.
Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
Five years as Product Marketing Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of product marketing principles, strategies, and best practices Ability to translate technical product features into customer benefits and value propositions Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market research and customer insights Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience creating and executing successful launch plans Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Benefits include:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
