Medicare Quality Assurance Specialist - Non IT

TheQuality Assurance Analyst is to perform monitoring/auditing of processed Enrollment applications to ensure department quality objectives are achieved with the established frequency of audits.
The auditor will be responsible to evaluate skills of each Enrollment Specialist against established quality checklist, which include but are not limited to, accuracy of information updated in all the relevant and required applications, the specific/applicable DLP's are being followed and relevant Request of Information is sent as applicable.
This position will also be responsible for providing required feedback to the Enrollment specialist and working with the Team Lead/Supervisor to suggest required refresher trainings.
Position will be working from the Atlanta office during all Process Training and On the Job Training days.
Otherwise this is a WFH position.
Responsible for auditing completed transactions of the EA's.
Skills of each Enrollment Specialist will be evaluated against established quality checklist, which include but are not limited to, accuracy of information updated in all the relevant and required applications, the specific/applicable DLP's are being followed and relevant Request of Information is sent as applicable.
Auditor will be required to complete the assigned target number of audits on daily basis.
Audit the completed Transaction quality using assessment tools (Client & Wipro),score and document results in the required tools Provide quality feedback/coaching to individual EA's and do required documentation of each coaching session.
Identify additional training needs based on review and analysis of quality monitoring results.
Share and work with Team Lead/Supervisor to successfully close the identified training requirements for the targeted Team.
Complete the calibration auditing timely to be reviewed with the Client.
Maintain the required Calibration Variance.
Assist in the development of action plans to address quality deficiencies.
Develop and update quality templates with current review elements Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly management and operations focused reports.
Assist in developing and maintaining dashboard to report Inetrnal and Client Quality results 2-4 year College Degree in Healthcare will be preferred/ High School diploma/GED Required.
(all education certificates will be verified) Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience in health care industry, preferably in an auditing role Strong customer service business, operational and procedural knowledge Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word required Must be able to furnish all paperwork/documentation on background check Demonstrates knowledge of the business and applicable operational platforms Member Enrollment(Payer) Recommended Skills Auditing Calibration Communication Customer Service Health Care Ms Access Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
