00 Job Description The Quality Assurance Lead works in tandem with their team of QA Coordinators to ensures the accuracy of information and quality delivery through monitoring emails, coaching and training sessions.
Provides regularly scheduled quality details and metrics to supported business units, making recommendations for service and quality improvements.
The Quality Assurance Clerk will provide ongoing support of the day-to-day activity's injunction with the Quality Assurance team and work with the QA Coordinators to ensure daily goals and metrics are met.
Works closely with Quality Supervisor to review performance metrics and ensure that call evaluations are accurately completed.
Duties & Responsibilities Ensures Quality Assurance Specialists and Coordinators understand and comply with all Center of Excellence objectives, performance standards, and policies.
Answer QA Specialist and Coordinator questions regarding best practices, protocols and escalations.
Identify operational issues and suggest possible improvements.
Continuously communicates with team members to ensure they are well informed about all issues affecting them and the members.
Monitors real-time performance indicators and service levels and works with QA Specialists and Coordinators to ensure metrics are achieved.
Monitors and evaluates QA specialist performance, provide learning and coaching opportunities.
Prepares reports, analyzes data and assists management implement action plans to achieve on time deliveries to clients and their customers.
Directs quality initiatives by requiring adherence to quality assurance policies and procedures; develops quality standards, processes and new models; drives and implements quality improvement changes.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications Associate degree in quality assurance, or equivalent training.
2 years' experience in Quality Assurance (Preferred) Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient on Microsoft Office.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work enthusiastically within a constantly changing environment.
