Who We Need:
We're searching for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our crew.
As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products by developing and executing Go to Market plans, building user personas, creating demand-generation programs, and more.
You will create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that effectively position our products in the market, drive customer acquisition and retention, and contribute to revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and will have a deep understanding of taking a product to market and nurturing buyers in every phase of the sales funnelwith a proven track record of delivering results.
This position is based in Atlanta, GA.
This is a HYBRID role requiring 1-2 days/wk in the office.

What You'll Do:
In collaboration with the VP of Marketing, develop a Go to Market plan for a new software product.
Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and the competitive landscape and use the data to build ideal customer profiles.
Collaborate closely with product management, sales, innovation and compliance colleagues to gather product information, define value propositions, and create compelling product messaging and positioning.
In partnership with our agencies, work to improve SEO results.
Create and manage the marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and product documentation required to support the successful launch and ongoing promotion of our products.
Drive through leadership initiatives by identifying opportunities for content creation to establish Brightwell as a trusted authority in the industry.
Analyze and interpret market and customer data, conduct competitive analysis, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously enhance product marketing strategies and tactics.
Take on other projects as assigned.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

years of experience in product marketing, specifically in fintech or banking.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that have driven business growth and increased market share.
Experience building a Go to Market plan, specifically in the B2B space.
Experience creating demand-generation programs.
Channel and/or partner marketing experience (bonus points for working with a payments network like Visa or MasterCard).
Familiarity with methods to improve SEO results (building a key search term list, familiarity with H1, H2, meta title/description, etc.
) Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies and product positions.
Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including social media and email.
Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing initiatives and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects.
