Job Description:
We are currently filling several Admin Positions in the below areas:
Sub Team - Vendor management and negotiation Scheduling - Coordinate with team to schedule for work orders accordingly Upcost - Managing budgets and workorder costs Purchasing - ability to solve complex problem solving with limited information The people in these positions will also provide support & admin functions including but not limited to:
Working with our internal team on various paperwork (work orders, etc.
) Reporting:
Google Docs, Excel Sheets and other systems High Volume calling and data management Additional responsibilities as needed.
