Aylo Health is growing and we are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Market Director for our North Market which spans Cherokee and Cobb counties! JOB
Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Market Director ensures optimal performance in the delivery of quality care and creates an exceptional patient experience through the supervision of the practice managers and collaboration with other team members.
The role also facilitates a culture that reflects Aylo values while motivating and inspiring others.
Responsibilities:
Consistently demonstrate Aylo values of Respect, Teamwork, Accountability, Innovation, Integrity, and Compassion.
Perform supervisory functions for practice managers in assigned market.
Serves as a Practice Manager as needed.
Provide leadership for practice managers and other team members to achieve performance targets.
Analyze data and create reports to support the assessment of market performance including the identification of opportunities for improvement.
Optimize performance and develop/execute performance improvement strategies and tactics as necessary and provide updates regarding market performance and opportunities.
Conduct routine site visits to locations within assigned market.
Ensure market compliance with applicable policies, procedures and protocols.
Participate in company-wide initiatives, in collaboration with practice managers, and support other markets as necessary.
Conduct or participate in calls and meetings in support of Aylo operations.
Review and assess feedback from practice managers and other stakeholders to develop.
recommendations for systematic improvements.
Participate in the development of market goals and objectives.
Cultivate the market leadership talent including lead and management positions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's required, Master's preferred.
Minimum of 5 years related work experience in multi-site primary care operations.
Strong leadership skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of producing results using a positive patient-centered approach.
Proficient in analyzing reports and using an electronic medical records system; ECW preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong time management and organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate judgment for escalation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
