Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards - Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability - Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional service and uphold company policies - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery of orders - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment - Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role is required - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of hotel, banquet, coffee, food production, assistant manager, catering, and bartending operations is preferred - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
