The Business Development Manager is responsible for prospecting new accounts in securing or increasing the crane inspections.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a history of prioritizing customer satisfaction as well as managing B2B sales.
Duties & Responsibilities Identify and help develop strategic relationships with partners and potential customers.
Conduct presentations with knowledge of products and services.
Develop repeatable sales model for success and growth with innovative thinking and strategies.
Establish rapport and build strong relationships with all levels or stakeholders.
Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities.
Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
Work closely with internal teams.
Education & Qualifications College degree preferred, not required.
Experience in the crane, wire rope, chain and rigging industries is preferred.
Industrial sales also helpful.
B2B sales experience.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to travel within the region.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Physical Ability Requirements Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to be mobile throughout facility to communicate with other departments.
Ability to use a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for extended periods of time.
