Securing transportation bookings, managing hotel reservations, and handling payment processing.
Utilizing promotional strategies and crafting marketing materials to showcase our thoughtfully curated tour packages.
Addressing inquiries, effectively managing customer concerns, and overseeing the refund process when required.
Remaining current with the latest tourism trends by participating in industry seminars.
Establishing valuable connections with tour operators.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English; additional language proficiency is a notable advantage.
Outstanding sales acumen and a keen business sense.
