Manager, Software Development - Remote (EST Candidates Preferred)- Direct HireStratfield is seeking a Manager, Software Development for our technology client.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is growing both organically and through acquisition and lead a cutting-edge team of Engineers.
A qualified candidate will have a leadership background, experience with both Node and React and have a strong AWS background.
This is a direct hire opportunity that will be remote.
Travel is expected for leadership meetings and could be up to 2x a month, but likely will be less.

What we are looking for:
At least 5 years of experience within a software leadership position.
Strong development background and knowledge using Node and React.
Solid experience working with AWS.
(AWS Certifications are highly desired.
) A BS Degree is preferred.
Amazing communicator with a passion for growing and building teams.
Ability to travel domestically when needed.
It is highly preferred that a candidate is based in the Eastern Time Zone.
