Remote Travel Agent

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the travel industry to remotely book travel.
As a Travel Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all trip components including, air, hotels, car rentals, theme park tickets, event tickets, and any other travel need necessary for leisure and corporate travelers.
RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age Be authorized to work within the US.
Must be fluent in EnglishMust be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus)Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not requiredPersonal travel experience is a huge plus, however not requiredPrevious experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required ResponsibilitiesResearch, Create, and Execute itineraries for clientsProvide suggested budgets for clientsReview budgets, and plan trips according to clients budget constraintsBook travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc)Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travelPromptly respond to all travel inquiresAttend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinationCreate promotional materials to utilizeStay up to date on changes within the tourism industryNetwork with tour operators regarding packages that you can possibly offer to clientsParticipate in FAM trips when possible.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
