They will be responsible for ensuring all departments are in compliance with all internal and governing bodies' policies and procedures.
Specific Duties:
Audit reports in Therap weekly, to identify any errors or gaps in services.
Review Healthcare Facility Regulation (HFR) surveys to ensure completion of Corrective Action Plans (CAPS) on any citations.
Follow up and track CAPS responses to ensure implementation and compliance.
Conduct internal department audits to ensure compliance with InCommunity and other entities' policies and procedures.
Cross train and support Quality Assurance Specialist on investigations.
Complete follow-up reports on incidents (internal - GER and Image), document findings, and submit them to the Director of Quality Assurance.
Follow up on incident recommendations to ensure compliance.
Maintain annual updates of InCommunity's policy and procedures.
Perform random on-site audits for departments.
Participate as a member of the InCommunity Atlanta/Roswell Continuous Quality Improvement Committee.
Assist with the Quality Assurance Department Section of Orientation, as assigned.
Assist the Quality Assurance Director with the Accreditation process, as assigned.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
