Diverse and inclusive employer committed to your success WIS Healthcare Inventory Supervisor Job Preview Inventory Healthcare Supervisors are responsible for the supervision of events in hospitals, medical centers, doctors offices, and warehouse locations for various healthcare clients across various geographic locations while guiding Inventory Associates and acting as the first point of contact to resolve any event concerns in support of and at the direction of the District Manager.
Inventory Supervisors assist and direct other employees with daily tasks and interact with healthcare and hospital personnel to ensure exceptional service.

Essential
Responsibilities:

Leads on-site inventories at various customer locations, utilizing WIS-standardized processes to achieve operational excellence
Assists with the planning and execution of District travel and equipment logistics
Addresses any immediate concerns at an inventory event
Exhibits customer obsession through exemplary customer service, including but not limited to, professional and timely communication, sense of urgency, and ensuring operational excellence
Ensures Inventory Associates are educated on event procedures and have guidance for each event
Demonstrates safe behaviors at all times and ensures the safety of all Inventory Associates at an event
Complies with all hospital/healthcare facility standards
Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness
Exhibits strong work-ethic while focusing on team-oriented goals and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
Acts as an expert on WIS core values, safety protocols, and policies
Leads by example and demonstrates the core SPIRIT values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times Required Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of eighteen (18) years of age
Prior work experience in a healthcare-related field applicable i.
e.
; physical therapist, nurse, etc.
Preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time-management skills
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of customer commitments
Must be willing to submit/complete pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening, Healthcare Credentialing, and Motor Vehicle Report check
A valid drivers license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the Fleet driver requirements may be required depending on the zone or regional needs Working Conditions:
Ability to, with or without reasonable accommodation, frequently squat, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and reach, as well as stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
