As a trainer, you will be responsible for preparing Service Providers (SPs) to handle customer inquiries for TurboTax, one of the most popular tax preparation software products in the U.
S.

Apply today to join the GigCX team this tax season! Experience/Skills Develop and deliver training programs for SPs to help them understand TurboTax software and tax-related customer inquiries.
Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and areas of improvement.
Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
Manage and maintain attendance of all SPs, ensuring it is recorded 5 minutes after class starts and updated in trackers and GigCX within 30 minutes.
Ensure all SPs and trainers are on camera during class and monitor this throughout the day.
Previous experience in a training role, preferably related to tax preparation or customer service.
Familiarity with TurboTax software is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Operating Hours Our operating hours are typically 9-6 and 10-7 These times may be revised periodically based on business needs MINIMUM HOURS TO BE WORKED EACH WEEK You must work a minimum of 15 hours each week on all schedules Mandatory Requirements Must be on camera while training Dual Monitors are mandatory Must complete background check Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Customer Service Hardworking And Dedicated Tax Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
