Overview:

Consulting is seeking a Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to support the Technology, Media and Telecommunication (TMT) Sector.
Our TMT practice advises technology and media companies and tech or media sector-focused private equity firms on strategic topics.
The BDC will work with the Global Head of TMT Business Development to support the development and growth of the practice in the United States.
Responsibilities:
Researching and analyzing the companies to identify and prioritize target accounts and individuals (i.
e.
, being resourceful in identifying opportunities) Identifying potential new accounts and contacts for top of funnel prospecting and creating bespoke pitches to be sent via e-mail to executive level prospects that tee up conversations to introduce L.
E.
K.
and offer the potential client some helpful insights on their industry.
Managing and tracking priority of accounts / relationships, setting goals, and managing business development / sales activity and results against goals.
Actively maintaining quality of contact information, e.
g.
, tracking job changes and company movement of contacts / relationships.
Following-up on opportunities to sell the firm's services that come from referrals, campaigns, networking, and industry events.
As required scheduling meetings and conference calls for Managing Directors with new and existing prospects.
Track key thought leadership, marketing, and practice initiatives.
Learn social media marketing and drive small-scale LinkedIn marketing pilots.
Qualifications:
An undergraduate degree is required, preferably in business.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience including internships; experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
Experience in Technology or related/adjacent industries is a plus.
Well organized, proactive attitude and strong growth mindset.
Close attention to detail, including careful record keeping with regard to all sales activity.
Ability to work on multiple tasks and activities at once and flexibility to re-prioritize.
Excel skills and experience in social media marketing are extremely helpful.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
