Technical Implementation Specialist

Since the initial product was launched in 2021 with two global name-brand clients Focal Point has enjoyed an average of >300% annual growth (year over year) due to attracting more than five F500 (two of which are F50) companies.
To support 2023 growth and the expected 2024 pipeline we are expanding the team that onboards and supports new clients.
The roleAs a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of client projects pre and post implementation, as well as helping clients drive adoption with various strategies and programs to improve outcomes.
You will be the client's main technical lead and work cross-functionally as needed to ensure each client is prepared and ready for go-live, supporting all aspects of technical conversations.
Working in cooperation with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Product owners and the client delivery team, you will be responsible for developing technical requirement specifications, testing procedures and implementation standards that achieve success for our customers.
You will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on technical questions, incidents and issues raised by the clients.
You will be accountable for client technical requests, escalating when necessary.
This is a client-facing role which means you will be required to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, at some of the worlds' most well-known companies.
Responsibilities for the role include but not limited to:
Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems to complete the implementation project.
Consult with clients to analyze, troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues during the implementation life cycle.
Work with the delivery team to test and implement and resolve customer questions.
Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
Create technical requirements documentation and support work effort estimation.
Ensure deadlines are met and issues are fully resolved.
Guide customers through the successful implementation of technical solutions.
Ownership of customer issues, triage and resolve questions whilst mitigating risks for the future.
Use organizational tools effectively along with sound judgement to make reasonable assumptions and decisions.
Represent technical information both verbally and nonverbally to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Operate independently to execute customer commitments.
Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.

Proven experience in account management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
SaaS configuration and implementation experience.
Strong knowledge of SaaS products and services.
CRM software proficiency.
Knowledge of SQLKnowledge of Webservices and APIs.
Other information o The ideal candidate is based in Atlanta, GA but this is not a prerequisite for the position.
o Position may includes up to 25% travel.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
