We are actively seeking a full-time IT Field Services Supervisor to oversee our Build Room, Field Service, and On-Site Technicians.

Primary
Responsibilities:
As an IT Field Services Supervisor, your key duties include, but are not limited to:
Operational Oversight:
Efficiently schedule and assign tasks to build room, field service, and on-site technicians.
Establish and uphold day-to-day field service operations in line with defined SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Technical Leadership:
Guide your team in recognizing, identifying, isolating, and resolving problems with company/client products and services.
Ensure correct implementation of IT solutions and network services at client sites.
Client Interaction:
Respond to client inquiries via ticketing, email, and phone support, resolving routine issues promptly and professionally.
Work directly with clients and Account Managers to ensure a consistent and positive client experience.
Team Management:
Monitor team performance and schedule adherence, identifying opportunities for improvement and fostering continuous learning.
Facilitate regular team meetings and one-on-ones, and manage the interview, training, and onboarding processes.
Reporting and Compliance:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by clients.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Recent hands-on experience with MSP tools.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Ability to handle stress during heavy workloads and critical business scenarios.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to self-direct on assigned activities.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in IT Field Services, with 2
years in a supervisory role.
Previous experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Experience in managing and implementing remote access solutions.
CompTIA Network
certification.
Knowledge and experience of ITIL principles.
