Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to billing and contract management processes.
o Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and user needs.
o Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions for billing and contract management.
o Customize SAP modules to meet specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
o Work on integrating SAP billing and contract management modules with other SAP modules and external systems as needed.
o Ensure seamless data flow between different systems to support end-to-end business processes.
o Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of configured SAP solutions.
o Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address any issues or defects
Experience:
o Proven experience as an SAP consultant with a focus on billing and contract management.
o In-depth knowledge of SAP modules related to billing and contract management (e.
g.
, SAP SD, SAP CRM, SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
