Hourly, based on experienceIMMEDIATE TEMP Accounting Assistant position! We are currently representing a well-known client in the Property Management industry, seeking an Accounting Assistant to join their team, on a contract basis with an opportunity to become permanent, based on performance.
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for the daily processing and payment of vendor invoices; daily receipt and posting of cash received; daily set up of new projects; maintaining accounting software integrity; and assisting the Accounting Manager as needed with administrative projects.
This position is supporting the CFO and accounting department during their upcoming year end audit.
