Job Description:
Gutter Cleaning Service Techs - IMMEDIATE PERMANENT FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.
YEAR ROUND WORK.
We have immediate positions available for gutter cleaning service techs.
This position you will be cleaning gutters from the roof with a rope and harness system.
(residential).
Applicants with roofing experience are ideal.
You must be able to climb a 12/12 roof and be extremely comfortable with 40 foot heights.
Training, tools, and all safety equipment is provided.
MONDAY-FRIDAY.
Work Environment:
The employee will be regularly exposed to outside weather conditions such as wet and/or humid environments, extreme cold and/or heat, dusty and noisy work environments.
Noise levels will typically be moderate to moderately loud.
You will also be exposed to high, precarious places on a daily basis.
Physical Requirements:
These physical demands are representative of what a technician may encounter in the field and are essential functions of the position.
You must have the ability to use your hands to handle, finger or feel and to reach, climb or balance; crouch, stoop, crawl, and kneel with competency on a residential roof.
Frequent ladder use is required with the ability to climb, descend, balance and work safely at heights on ladders and roofs.
The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Compensation:
Pay varies from week to week, but the current average is $1300 per week.
When we are very busy I have techs that make $2400
per week.
In the slower times you may make $1000 or so, but be off of work by 1:
00pm.
Techs made $61k - $75k last year (no joke!) and we are busier than ever.
This is a steady established business with over 50k customers and 25
years in business.
