My Workplace - Sr. Administrator
We are in search of a dynamic individual to join our esteemed global My Workplace team in the role of Senior Administrator.
Our My Workplace service oversees various endpoints, including the Virtual Workplace (CVAD/Citrix solution), Standard Workstation, and Smart Devices (Mobile Device Management).
This global service operates seamlessly across the globe, supported by a multinational team and external vendors.
Our primary objective is to deliver a secure, high-performance, and reliable service to our business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
A minimum of 10 years of overall experience in Citrix, with at least 5 years of recent experience in Citrix Workspace, particularly in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) Architecture, including design and configuration.
Solid understanding of networking, with expertise in NetScaler.
Proficiency in Microsoft client and OS, virtualized application delivery, and maintenance of virtualized environments.
Experience with other endpoints (workstations & mobile devices) is desirable.
Familiarity with software packaging and distribution using SCCM/MECM and Intune is advantageous.
Previous experience with Collaboration Tools (e.
g.
, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) for document management and sharing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and adapt efficiently with minimal supervision.
Effective time management and project prioritization skills, thriving in a fast-paced work environment with strong problem-solving abilities.
Capability to work within a virtual team in an international environment.
Experience using Atlassian JIRA for project and task management.
Principal Duties:
While the major responsibilities are outlined, they are not necessarily limited to the following duties:
Serve as a technical subject matter expert in the design, development, implementation, and deployment of Citrix solutions.
Function as a technical project manager and solution designer, actively participating in complex troubleshooting sessions and contributing to the roadmap for CVAD and potentially other endpoints.
Efficiently manage time and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines with minimal supervision.
Lead group discussions and deliver group presentations.
Anticipate 5%-10% travel, with the possibility of international travel based on project requirements.
