Clinical Services Project Co-ordinator 2078
We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Services Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the effective utilization of electronic health records (EHR) and patient care management systems (PCMS).
As a Clinical Services Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Utilizing high-level clinical knowledge and skills to guide and instruct work assignments for staff at all levels using EHR/PCMS.
Directing and managing the technical development of appropriate clinical business practices, integrating new and existing technology with clinical and programmatic business practices.
Serving as a clinical and program subject matter expert to support a broad set of data applications.
Providing frequent EHR training and technical support to clinical staff on effective Clinical Services Division clinical, billing, and customer service practices.
Ensuring accurate maintenance of clinical information in the EHR/PCMS using knowledge of medical and billing practices.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Thorough knowledge of project management principles.
Ability to explain the electronic health record management system to Clinical Services Division employees at any level.
Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Munis, etc.
Ability to serve as a key onsite clinical and program resource for the operation and support of a broad set of clinical applications.
Capability to collaborate with division subject matter experts and other key stakeholders to create, execute, and support standardization, utilization, integration, and optimization plans for clinical and program applications.
Maintenance of knowledge of current and emerging product features and trends, serving as a project leader for the implementation of clinical applications software releases and new products.
