ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

o Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environmento Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbanceso Act lawfully in direct defense of life or propertyo Immediately report security breaches to designated law enforcement agentso Take accurate notes of unusual occurrenceso Report in detail any suspicious incidentso Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimetero Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gateso Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipmento Assessing patients conditions and responsiveness to interventionso Assessing nature and extent of emergency situations and need for additional assistanceo Mitigating incidents by helping to control crowds, protecting valuables and performing other dutieso Assisting other emergency medical personnel with administering Advanced Life Supporto Assisting any persons in building or grounds needing direction or campus information
Qualifications:
o High School diploma, GED or suitable equivalento Current EMT certificationo Current CPR and First Aid certificationo Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipmento Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocolso Surveillance skills and detail orientationo Integrity and professionalismPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job may require lifting of objects that exceed 25lbs.
with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10lbs.
Other physical demands that may be required are as follows:
o Pushing and/or pulling,o Stooping and/or kneeling o Running, walking, climbing, and/or balancing o Reaching o Talking o Hearing o Seeing
