Senior IT Program Manager / Atlanta, GA (Onsite ) 4+ Months Contract

Job Description Onsite Role , Candidate Must Be Local to GA Client is seeking the services of a Program Manager to play a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive strategy to manage 1:
1 student devices, from collection to distribution and maintaining ongoing inventories.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of student device logistics, including procurement, deployment, and tracking.
Additionally, the Program Manager will contribute to the efficient management of Client printer and copier inventories, ensuring optimal functionality and availability.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of navigating the complexities of device management within an educational setting.
This position will be responsible for coordinating all activities including but not limited to, creating a distribution/rollout strategy, priority and schedule of distributions.
Summary:
The IT Program Manager will work with several parts of the IT Service Delivery team and will be responsible for managing all tasks associated with the rollout of the interactive panels.
He/she will report to the Director of the PMO, but work in close collaboration with all the Director of Service Delivery and their teams to complete the assignments.
Scope of Work:
Define a clear strategy of device distribution based on assessment of the classroom/school Assist in the development of an effective device management plan Develop process flows for project distribution activities.
Lead the documentation of processes, and procedures documents associated with the project.
Assist in developing a communication strategy to notify school administrators of the project and the dates associate with their schools distribution Contract Duration:
6 Months - initial contract ends 6/30/24 to align with our fiscal year end Option to extend - based on performance, budget, and need.
Skills and
Qualifications:

years' work experience leading programs.
Process-focused experience.
PMP Certification (preferred) Tableau experience (preferred) Strong knowledge and prior work experience in information technology Strong customer service skills Must have clean criminal record with the ability to pass finger-print background check Must be authorized to work in the Unites States.
