IT Finance Specialist

POSITION SUMMARYThe IT Finance Specialist will assist the PIT division in evaluating the effectiveness of sourcing models, tracking spending, and recommending process improvements.
Suggests cost corrective actions, optimizing spending programs, assisting in compliance activities.
Requires understanding of budgeting and financial planning process.
Identifies sources of available funds to support resolving shortfalls to better align funds within budget constraints.
Maintains and archives relevant financial documentation electronically and physically to provide timely and accurate responses.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on budget analysis.
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of IT operations Proficient in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Initially scheduled to end 6/30/24 but this is an open position we will be looking to fill.
Therefore, possible temp to hire.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
