As a Reporting Analyst, you will perform detailed data querying, reporting, and analysis of workforce to support critical business decisions and activities.
In this role, you may also assist with data validation, data control, data audits, and data cleansing to ensure workforce information is of the utmost integrity and quality.
What will you be doing?As a Reporting analyst, you will work closely with Team Members, HR and business partners to deliver requested reports and analyze workforce data.
As a Team Member in this role, you will be responsible for:
Collecting, reviewing, sanitizing, and formatting data for uploading into clients' key human capital management systems (e.
g.
, Oracle HCM Cloud) Compiling HR/labor data (Corporate and/or Property) from multiple sources to create reports for key HR and business partners Providing detailed analysis on key workforce metrics (e.
g.
, headcount, job openings, vacancy rates) Conducting research and analysis to provide critical data that impact HR decisions on workforce initiatives Partnering with business representatives to provide information, advice, and solutions relating to strategic data initiatives and related variable workforce needs Assisting in the administration of data controls set by management to ensure confidential data is only shared and utilized by the appropriate personnel Assisting in developing and executing data validation, data control, data audit, and data cleansing processes to improve the integrity and quality of workforce data What are we looking for?We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
Ability to optimally balance multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities with minimal direction Conduct deep dive analysis of the data in which you are reporting and provide insights and summaries to drive key decisions and/or trends Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for accuracy, building in checks for own work Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to understand/manipulate spreadsheets using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP formulas Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum
Qualifications:
Three (3) years of professional experience One (1) year of experience working in Human Resources or HRIS One (1) year of analytical/data auditing experience Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
BA/BS Bachelor's Degree Three (3) years working in Human Resources or HRIS Five (5) years of professional experience Solid knowledge of Oracle's Business Intelligence platforms (including query coding/report writing) Workforce Reporting Analyst No C2C Remote Recommended Skills Administration Analytical Attention To Detail Auditing Business Intelligence Confidentiality Apply to this job.
