We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team as a contractor This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of families, and advocating for the rights of individuals during some of the most challenging times in their lives.
As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for managing family law cases from beginning to end, providing legal advice to clients, and representing them in court.
This role requires a thorough understanding of family law, including areas such as child custody, divorce, and alimony.
The ideal candidate will have an active Georgia State Bar license and at least 3 years of experience practicing family law.

Responsibilities:
Provide legal representation to clients in family law cases, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, alimony, and other related matters.
Develop and implement family law strategies that achieve favorable results for clients.
Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
Conduct legal research and analysis to keep abreast of current developments in family law.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and excellent customer service.
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the efficient and effective management of family law cases.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Active member of the Georgia State Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law.
Proven track record of representing clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and alimony.
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Strong legal research and analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong ethical and professional standards.
Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and advocacy for clients in family law cases.
