We are looking for a reliable Scheduling Specialist to join our growing back office team.
Position is Monday-Friday, 8:

00 Position is remote, however applicants must reside in the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities ? Date Entry ? Use Excel/Sheets to schedule patients ? Returning voicemails and calls place to the scheduling team ? Emailing and calling facilities and patients as appropriate ? Manage provider schedules ? Adjust schedules when needed ? Communicate with facilities on monthly and daily provider schedules ? Communicate daily with facilities regarding patients being seen L Skills ? Proven experience in scheduling or a similar role ? Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team ? Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices ? Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology ? Good knowledge of G-Suite and data entry ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Compassionate and able to handle stress Requirements:
