0 Doraville, GA Doraville, GA Full-time Full-time From $50,000 a year From $50,000 a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Contributions and Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and successfully execute a variety of business requests Coordinate completion of client requests as directed by partners and managers through team communication Project tracking/organization Assist the Controller with accounting reports Prepare or assist with client billings under the guidance of the Controller Assist with E-filing Maintain schedules and calendars for meetings, travel, and appointments Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research Greet and assist visitors Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience Background and Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Associate's degree, preferably in accounting or finance, and/or appropriate balance of education and work experience Prefer candidates with any prior office/administrative experience or prior internships Perform work accurately and in a time-efficient manner, with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow through Strong computer skills, including solid skills in the Microsoft Office suite A basic understanding of accounting is preferred but not required Maintain a professional demeanor with co-workers and clients Benefits 401K Plan with Company Match Paid Vacation and Holidays Health, Dental and Vision Coverage.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
